Shipping & Delivery

We are pleased to offer free shipping in Australia or orders over $100. Orders below $100 will incur a flat rate delivery charge of A$12.99.

Most of our products are stocked and shipped from our local warehouses in Sydney. However, to ensure you receive your products in the quickest possible way, and depending on stock availability, we may sometimes dispatch certain products from our overseas warehouse in Guangzhou, China.

Shipping Times

For products that are in stock, orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.

If your order contains pre-order items, in-stock items will be dispatched first. In rare cases where we run out of local stock, some items in your order might be dispatched internationally from our overseas holding facility. 

Our standard shipping times are 2-7 business days if fulfilled locally, and 7-12 business days if dispatched internationally. Express shipping is available for select areas, you will see it as an option at checkout if it is available for your address.

US and AU: Fully tax-inclusive for all products
Rest of the world: Please check with your local country customs regarding taxes and charges.

Unsuccessful Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and up-to-date. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the parcel will be returned to our nearest local partner facility.

A re-delivery must be arranged within 5 business days in writing to us at support@mail.kingdomplayroom.com or the parcel will be destroyed. No refunds will be issued in this event.
