Shipping & Delivery

We are pleased to offer free shipping within Contiguous United States and Australia, with Canada coming soon in mid 2022.

For Singapore orders, please visit our official Singapore distributor.
For Taiwan orders, please visit our official Taiwanese distributor.

Unfortunately due to increased internationally cost of logistics, we are currently unable to accept orders from any other countries. We thank you for your understanding!

Shipping Times

For products that are in stock, orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day.

At the moment we do not offer express shipping. Our standard shipping times are 2-7 business days if fulfilled locally, and up to 15 business days if dispatched internationally.

Our main products including the Carry-Play are stocked and shipped locally within U.S and Australia. Smaller sized product accessories and international orders are shipped from our overseas warehouse in Shenzhen, China.

COVID-19 Update

Due to COVID-19, global logistics and freight have been heavily impacted, so unfortunately delivery arrival times cannot be guaranteed. However all orders come with a tracking number so you will receive the most up-to-date information.

US & AU: Fully tax-inclusive for all products
Rest of the world: Please check with your local country customs regarding taxes and charges.

Unsuccessful Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and up-to-date. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the parcel will be returned to our nearest local partner facility.

A re-delivery must be arranged within 5 business days in writing to us at hello@kingdomplayroom.com or the parcel will be destroyed. No refunds will be issued in this event.
