Shipping & Delivery

We are pleased to offer free shipping within Contiguous U.S, Australia, and East Asia countries (Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, China) for over over A$50, or USD 35.

Orders below A$50 (USD 35) will incur a flat rate delivery charge of A$8.99* (USD 5.99).

*Please note that different rates apply to WA, NT and TAS in Australia, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your order items.

Most of our products are stocked and shipped from our local warehouses in California (US) and Sydney (AU). However, to ensure you receive your products in the quickest possible way, and depending on stock availability, we may sometimes dispatch certain products from our overseas warehouse in Guangzhou, China.


Shipping Times

For products that are in stock, orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.

If your Value Bundle contains pre-order items, in-stock items will be dispatched first. You can check stock arrival notice to get an estimate of dispatch time for pre-order items.

 

Our standard shipping times are 2-7 business days if fulfilled locally, and 7-15 business days if dispatched internationally. Express shipping is available for select areas, you will see it as an option at checkout if it is available for your address.

COVID-19 Update

Due to COVID-19, global logistics and freight have been heavily impacted, so unfortunately delivery arrival times cannot be guaranteed. However all orders come with a tracking number so you will receive the most up-to-date information.

US and AU: Fully tax-inclusive for all products
Rest of the world: Please check with your local country customs regarding taxes and charges.

Unsuccessful Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and up-to-date. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the parcel will be returned to our nearest local partner facility.

A re-delivery must be arranged within 5 business days in writing to us at support@mail.kingdomplayroom.com or the parcel will be destroyed. No refunds will be issued in this event.
